Week22/Day152: Breakfast On The Run

Morning Breakfast ~ Thin Bagel (100 Calories) + Vegetrable Cream Cheese Spread (50 Calories) = Total Healthy Breakfast (150 Calories)

Getting up everyday at 5:00 AM is not that easy and making reabkfast on the run ain’t easy at all. Breakfast is very important of the meal but where is the time…These thin bagels (100 calories each) saved my life and time..Sometimes I enjoy them with just vegetable cream cheese and sometimes I enjoy with hearty omelette…Yummm!!!!
